Meet Miss Cora, Moses Lake High School class of 2018. She is a soccer and tennis super star, a lifeguard and all around awesome person. (And we just happen to be related :) Check out that beautiful prom dress! For all the dances that happen during high school, I think it's such a good idea to get a few shots in one of your favorite formal dresses. They are part of the high school experience, right?? And if you've been following along, you know how much of an advocate I am for dressing up for your session. What better way to dress up than with your favorite formal wear?? Dresses always provide such great movement in photographs. We had Cora's mom to the sidelines helping us to get a good some good movement, she was great! And of course, we had to finish the shoot at the dunes, because the dunes are the best.

This shoot was DREAM! I seriously loved working with everyone involved in this shoot. Special shout out to Deane from Hotoveli for the amazing styling advice, and to Joanne for her AMAZING HMU skills. She knew just the look we were going for and was able to pull it off effortlessly. And of course to Taylor! She was so great in front of the camera and went along with all my crazy ideas.

PORTLAND SENIOR PHOTOGRAPHER | VANCOUVER SENIOR PHOTOGRAPHER | SKYVIEW HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 2018

Meet Miss Rylee! Skyview High School class of 2018. She is in the National Honors Society (watch out academic world!!) and plays soccer year round. Ok, I just have to say it - but can you say Emma Stone doppelganger?? Yeah. She totally is. So beautiful!

We meet at the amazing Cooper Mountain Nature Park. You'll hear me say this a lot, but Cooper Mountain is one of my all time favorite places to shoot. In the spring/summer it's just beautiful and green, and sometime sprouts wild flowers! A photographers dream for sure.

"Morgan made sure that I was having a good time during the shoot! She made sure to explain why things worked (pose wise) like they did on camera. She lets you take a peek while you go which definitely made me feel more confident about how the shoot was going. She provides so many options for locations and the final edits are just so amazing. I could not have asked for a more fun shoot. It didn't even feel a lot of pressure was on me, just having a blast in the moment and that definitely shows in the photos. You wouldn't regret working with her!"
